Our PolicyZero Hours Contract
This template is designed to create an ‘on call’ arrangement between Employer and Employee, used to cope with varying staff requirements, or a “pool”, where the Employer is under no obligation to offer an Employee work but, when it does, the Employee is required to accept the offer. For situations where there is no obligation to offer work by the Employer and the Employee is not required to accept the offer of work, see the Casual Work Contract.
