Letter 6 Official notice of redundancy

This is the follow up step to making an employee Redundant. After providing the employee with their expected entitled pay letter, this will then be provided for the employee to sign to confirm they understand the outcome of the Redundancy.

If the employee has taken any holiday days over what they have accrued for that year before being made redundant, then the employee will need to deduct that pay from their pay in lieu for the employees notice period.
